Look in /icon/packages/macintosh at cs.arizona.edu. Here's the READ.ME file
for that directory:
This directory contains Icon for the Macintosh:
mep1.hqx ProIcon executables and support files (see note below)
mep2.hqx
mem.hqx Icon executables for the Macintosh (MPW), Version 8.10
met.hqx Icon executables for the Macintosh (stand-alone),
Version 8.0
msm-1.hqx Icon source code for the Macintosh (MPW), Version 8.8
msm-2.hqx
mst.hqx Icon source code for the Macintosh (stand-alone),
Version 8.0
ProIcon, formerly a commercial product, is no longer marketed and has
been placed in the public domain. The ProIcon disk images in this directory
contain all the executable files and support material but they do not
include documentation on how to run ProIcon. The 367-page ProIcon manual
is available for sale from the Icon Project. The cost is $30, including
shipping to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. There is
an additional $25 charge for shipping to other countries.
The supply of the manual is limited. If you are seriously interested in
using ProIcon, you should order the manual promptly.
